Beautiful dress and timely delivery, however the dress came with a stain, several holes in the sheer fabric in the back, a tear by the zipper, and some missing beading under the arm! When the dress arrived, we just hung it in the closet because we knew we'd have to take it in to have the length altered. We did that about a week and a half after receiving it, and the seamstress pointed out all of the quality issues with the dress. So after paying $400 for the dress plus shippi boho prom dresses ... ng, I then had to pay to have the brand new dress repaired.
I contacted the company and explained I didn't want to return the dress, but felt they should offer me something for the inconvenience. The rep just kept repeating they couldn't do anything after 24 hours of delivery which is RIDICULOUS!! When you pay that much money for a product you're paying for quality and customer service. Prom Dress Shop is shockingly lacking in both. So disappointing!
